Einstein . . . on Nature

.

  • “The most beautiful thing we can experience is the mysterious. It is the source of all true art and science.” –Albert Einstein
  • “I shall never believe that God plays dice with the World.” –Albert Einstein

– Some Trees –

“You and I
Are suddenly what the trees try
To tell us who we are;
That their merely being there
Means something; that soon
We may touch, love, explain.”
John Ashbery,

By Rick Anderson

The Whispering Crane Institute was originally formed to act as the umbrella organization for the Philosophy of Design Symposium, and other seminars and workshops given by Rick Anderson and Richard L. Dube’. In the year 2000 WCI became a sole proprietorship owned by Rick Anderson. Today the WCI provides design and consultation services for Landscape Contractors, acts as a Green Industry think tank, and provides training for others in the form of workshops, seminars, and individual consulting. The WCI also provides written material, opinions, case-studies and how-to articles for industry trade magazines.

    If you appreciate stone and natural formation, you should check out “jug rock” in Shoals, Indiana.

    It is in the southwestern part of the state, on Hwy 50. It’s back in a woods not far from the road. The local high school calls their teams the “Jug Rocks”.
